Primary auxiliary verb - to be , to have, to do.
(1). Be- is , am , are, was,were.
(2). Have- have ,has, had.
(3). Do- do ,does, did.

Be is a primary auxiliary verb in we are used this five verbs are ' is ,am, are, was, were' in be
~ We are used ' is ,am are, in present continuous tense in English grammar.
~ And we are used 'was ,were' in past continuous tense in English grammar.
Now understand "be "by the chart :- as bellow

In this sentence two verb are used ,that's second time is main verb. And Frist time use that's a helping verb
"Is" in this example helping verb and going is main verb.
Helping verb used for main verb s do help.

Have is primarily auxiliary verb in we used this three verb ' have, has, had'.
~ we are used have, has, had in present perfect tense in English grammar
~ and we are used had in past perfect tense in English grammar.
We are understand "have" primary verb by the chart.

Do is primarily auxiliary verb in we are used this three verb for helping verb is " do, does, did".
~ we used do/does/ in simple present tense in English grammar.
~ we used 'did ' in simple past tense ,
*When make interrogative or nagative in English grammar.
Now we are understand "do"by chart :- as bellow.

Make is causative active verb/ sentence.
Make:- when the sense of to force someone to do something is hidden in a sentence.
